Hi! My name is Madison Shaw and I am a 20 year old junior Fashion Merchandising student at Texas Christian University! The purpose of this blog is to relate to college students and their struggle to look "fashion forward" while keeping a reasonable financial budget. I personally believe that you don't have to spend $180 on an article of clothing to look trendy and feel good about yourself! While I would love to be able to afford the nicest and newest designer purse out there, I believe that I can find something just as cute and trendy for an affordable price. Don't get me wrong, I have expensive taste and love to splurge every once in a while when I can, but having a retail job in college doesn't exactly give me the financial stability to have a closet full of expensive designer items!
